Title reports are prepared by the title examiners and loaded into our firm’s title bank. The complete files are then scanned into our database where they can be easily accessed from our computers to quickly answer your questions. Our staff reviews all title reports before they are e-mailed or faxed to a client. Because we understand the importance of deadlines, we are diligent about meeting closing schedules.
